React Native Developer

We are excited to announce a new opportunity at Yellow Digital! We are currently seeking React Native Developers of all levels to join our talented team. This role provides a chance to work remotely, with flexible options - full-time, part-time, freelance, or even as an internship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust and performant cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms (Android and iOS).
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Collaborate effectively with design and product teams to ensure the project requirements are met.
• Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience.

Requirements

• Firm grasp of the JavaScript language including ES6+ syntax, and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of functional programming.
• Ability to write well-documented, clean JavaScript code.
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio.
• Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage.
• Experience with automated testing suites, like Jest or Mocha.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

Experience

• For Full-Time/Part-Time/Freelance positions, a minimum of 2 years of working experience in React Native development is preferred.
• For Internship positions, while no professional working experience is required, practical exposure to React Native through academic projects or personal work is advantageous.
